a few band picks off the recently released list

SXSW asked me to give them my top three must-see bands off the recently posted list of bands playing music -- so I gave it a good look-over.

I found this list of bands that I consider must-sees, if at all possible (SXSW is all about scheduling -- so, for example, while I think it is AWESOME that Dolly Parton is playing, I also heard she's playing at some venue way off the beaten path, which means it's incredibly unlikely that I'll be seeing her).
