Have at least one hotel room (cheapish, downtown) for SXSW Music

Hi due to a bit of a crazy confusions/mixup with a hotel I have at least one, possibly two (if someone doesn't claim it tomorrow morning) hotel rooms available during SXSW Music.

The rooms are downtown, fairly close to the action at a good hotel One room (probably the one still available) has TWO queen beds, is $99/night and available THURS Mar 19 to MON Mar 23. Preference is for one group to take it for the whole time.

(I'm sharing that room with a few others during SXSWi until Thurs when we will have all departed)

The second room , which may have already been claimed has ONE queen bed and is $89/night. It is available from WED Mar 18 - MON Mar 23rd.

Please get back to me ASAP, I'd like to know that these rooms are taken before I fly out Friday morning.
