I will (of course) be twittering. But I'm concerned about how to make the service most useful. What a pain in the butt to have to go through all my contacts and figure out who's at SXSW and who isn't to update follow status, etc... Anyone have a large list of twitter friends and some suggestions on how you plan to manage twitter in Austin?
