We're happy to announce the details of our annual IODA Opening Day Bash at the upcoming SXSW conference in Austin, Texas. This year's showcase features popular independent artists from around the world in celebration of IODA’s five-year anniversary. Ten fan-favorite bands will help IODA mark this major milestone, including the first U.S. show since 2006 for the UK’s The Wedding Present.

THE CHOIR PRACTICE- fronted by Coco Culbertson (The Gay, the A.C. Newman Band) indie-rock choir recalls the beautiful harmonies of '60s Psych-folk sensations


CAROLYN MARK- eerily similar to label mate Niko Case. Alt-county, combining elements from 1950s country music with modern soft pop/folk.


VANCOUGAR- hooky pop-punk. clunky keyboards, raunchy powerfull vocals.

SXSW is finally doing an OFFICIAL SXSW Soul Showcase. Here's the best place to be if you want to get souled out! I personally will be performing with a full 9 piece band (rhythm, horn, vocals). Hope to see you at my showcase.
